Down stairs. Liminal space hallway, leading to room which is filled with toxic pools of liquid, touching them begins a vignette on the player to black out. At the other end of the room is a piece of paper, a note and it’s got written on it: I can’t find the way out. It is always watching.
When the note disappears from screen it is revealed that something humanoid has already crawled out of the toxic pools and is heading our way. However it flickers in place and vanishes before it can reach us.
